Job Summary:

Origin Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced solicitor to join our Wills, Trusts and Estates team. As a contentious probate specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our practice area and contributing to the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Partner on contentious probate cases and develop your own caseload under supervision.
  • Contribute to the growth of our client base through strong client-facing skills and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Participate in networking and business development activities to support the development of the practice area.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Requirements:

  • At least one year's PQE as a solicitor (or equivalent) in civil litigation work, including contentious probate.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
