We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Officer to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our Estates Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out general maintenance and upkeep of the centre buildings, including repairs and replacements as necessary.
  2. Ensure the maintenance of pathways, including cleaning and snow and ice clearance and prevention operations.
  3. Record all data associated with Estates Operations manual.
  4. Maintain all grounds and lawns using the plant and equipment supplied and care for all specialist Estates equipment, including PPE.
  5. Stock and store all equipment and maintain the cleanliness of all storage areas.
  6. Monitor gas and electricity systems, water systems, and sewage systems.
  7. Conduct safety inspections on electrical equipment and maintain inventory records.
  8. Clean and maintain the centre's vehicle.
Requirements:
  1. A full Driving Licence.
  2. Previous experience within a maintenance position.
  3. A friendly and helpful approach.
  4. The ability to work with the team or on own dependant on tasks.
