Job Summary

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd. is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our services department in the Southampton area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing professional service to our key accounts, attending sites for installing new machines, carrying out diagnostic and preventative maintenance, performing monetary collections, and ensuring that arcade machines are fun and functional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain arcade machines at customer sites
  • Perform diagnostic and preventative maintenance on gaming equipment
  • Collect monetary payments from customers and handle cash responsibly
  • Communicate effectively with Regional Service Managers and Supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by management
