Position Overview

The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role within the Marketing department, focusing on enhancing customer acquisition and fostering engagement across various market segments, including leisure, hospitality, and events. This multifaceted position will involve utilizing a mix of online and offline marketing strategies to align with both long-term objectives and immediate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance content on The Lensbury website through WordPress CMS.
  • Develop engaging weekly communications for members and monthly promotional emails for accommodations.
  • Produce original content across all platforms, including compelling copy, photography, and videography.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to support public relations initiatives and media engagements.
  • Partner with creative agencies to execute marketing campaigns across all business segments, ensuring clear communication and project success.
  • Assist the eCommerce Manager in implementing the digital marketing strategy, including PPC, paid social media, META search, and SEO efforts.
  • Work with internal teams to design a variety of attractive and brand-consistent printed materials.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Oversee content updates for The Lensbury Club App.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance membership engagement and increase average spending.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on club noticeboards, digital displays, and promotional materials throughout the resort.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute The Lensbury's social media strategy.
  • Ensure third-party advertising platforms are consistently updated with relevant and positive content.
  • Proactively seek and recommend new marketing opportunities.
