Position: Care Support Worker

Competitive pay: £12.60 per hour (day shifts) with additional enhancements

Average weekly hours: 24.25, with potential for extra shifts

Key Responsibilities:

As a Care Support Worker, your role will involve assisting with personal care and support activities, empowering our service users to make informed decisions while promoting their independence and dignity in accordance with their personalized care plans.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team, fostering strong relationships with both colleagues and service users, participating in wellness initiatives and activities, and contributing to a safe and engaging atmosphere.

Timely response to call bells and emergencies is essential, along with effective communication with healthcare professionals and community partners as necessary.
