Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather Information and Create Product Specifications

You will be responsible for gathering information for product specifications and creating them on our system. This will involve working closely with our production managers to ensure that all product specifications are accurate and up-to-date.

Price Orders and Manage Customer Deliveries

You will be responsible for pricing orders using our customer pricing structure and entering customer deliveries and optimizing transport. This will involve working closely with our logistics team to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in full.

Attend Meetings and Manage Customer Service Issues

You will be responsible for attending new job meetings with our production managers and managing customer service issues. This will involve working closely with our customer service team to ensure that all customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Manage Stock and Maintain Product Control Documents

You will be responsible for managing aged stock and aged finished goods stocks, as well as maintaining product control documents and product specification documents. This will involve working closely with our inventory team to ensure that all stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.

Provide Customer Information and Resolve Invoice Queries

You will be responsible for providing customer requested information, such as stock reports, and resolving invoice queries. This will involve working closely with our finance team to ensure that all invoices are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications

You will need to have educational qualifications that demonstrate proficiency at 'A' Level standard.

IT and Analytical Skills

You will need to have excellent IT and analytical skills, including intermediate level Excel skills.
