As a vital member of a dynamic retail team, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure efficient stock management. Role Overview:

To excel as a Sales Associate, you will be expected to:

Provide prompt and courteous service consistently, assisting customers in selecting the ideal products Convey your enthusiasm and expertise regarding our outstanding merchandise Engage in various store functions, including sales areas, inventory rooms, and receiving shipments Take initiative in your personal development

Candidate Profile:

An effective communicator who is always eager to assist Approachable, composed, and efficient – even during peak times Enthusiastic about the demands of a diverse and fast-paced environment Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond

In line with Home Office regulations, successful applicants will need to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK prior to starting employment.

This position is generally not suitable for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office skill level requirements. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own work eligibility options without sponsorship from NEXT.
