About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to join our Ceded Reinsurance Specialty Technical Operations team in London.

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving efficiency and implementing the reinsurance strategy. The successful candidate will partner with intermediaries to manage sanction-related issues, maintain close relations with internal customers and colleagues, and support the Ceded Re transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with intermediaries to manage sanction-related issues and maintain close relations with internal customers and colleagues.
  • Support the Ceded Re transformation journey and actively participate in projects aimed at driving efficiency.
  • Provide review and sign-off of new policy set up by ESS Shared Services in core systems.
  • Contribute to the Frame Fac Premiums process for XLICSE, liaising with Middle Office until run-off.
  • Advanced command of MS Office, particularly Excel, and potentially Access.
  • Coaching and capability-building skills, conscientious about quality and accuracy.
  • Experience working with a virtual team.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines for accurate financial reporting.
  • Comfortable providing training to the team as required.
  • Willingness to travel to other AXA XL offices for meetings and training.
