About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead our team of Quality Professionals and project managers in driving improvement into the SSN-A schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Quality Professionals and project managers to drive improvement into the SSN-A schedule
  • Be a point of contact for all SSN-A build quality issues and represent Quality in SSN-A senior leadership team
  • Collate elements of knowledge using Learning from experience within Astute & Dreadnought and implement onto the SSN-A programme
  • Be responsible for the Project management of all quality opportunities for SSN-A
  • Report on the overall progress across SSN-A quality areas
  • Oversee the delivery of the quality requirements in build as a Facility Quality Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven, direct leadership experience
  • Experience within a professional engineering environment
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Quality techniques and inspection methods
  • Strong Project management skills & experience
