Family Solicitor

We are seeking a talented Family Lawyer to join our team at Chadwick Nott. As a Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of family law, including matrimonial disputes, contact and residence of children, domestic violence, and public law care proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on family law matters, including matrimonial disputes, contact and residence of children, domestic violence, and public law care proceedings.
• Represent clients in court, including in matrimonial and family proceedings.
• Prepare and file court documents, including petitions, applications, and other legal documents.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with changes in family law.
• Work collaboratively with other lawyers and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law.
• Strong knowledge of family law, including matrimonial disputes, contact and residence of children, domestic violence, and public law care proceedings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
