Position: Learning Assistant

Location: West London

Employment Type: Full Time, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Are you a recent graduate or student with a strong enthusiasm for education and teaching? If you aspire to gain valuable experience as a graduate Teaching Assistant while preparing for a teacher training program, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

We seek individuals who are passionate about supporting students and making a positive difference in their educational journeys. While prior experience with children is preferred, it is not mandatory; however, you should be able to articulate your motivation for working in educational settings.

We are particularly interested in ambitious and driven graduates from various disciplines who have demonstrated their commitment to becoming future educators. Candidates should possess relevant degrees in core subjects or related fields and have experience working with students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the academic development of pupils aged 11-16 years.
  • Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and contribute to a positive learning environment.
  • Engage with students to support their educational needs and progress.

  • Recent graduate with a desire to work in education.
  • Confidence in supporting students in a classroom setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative.
  • Strong commitment to the education sector and a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Transferable skills or relevant experience in educational settings.
  • Aspirations for personal and professional growth within the education field.
