As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for enabling our service users to achieve their goals and maintain their independence, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and shopping, to promote independence and confidence.
- Support service users to engage in activities of their choice, such as swimming, going for a drink, or visiting garden centres.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and incidents, using our IT systems to ensure seamless communication.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of our service users, including weekends, waking nights, and sleep-ins.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.37.
