We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team as a Band 7-8a Preceptorship Post holder. This is an exciting opportunity for a trainee or current Band 7 psychologist to expand their experience and develop their skills in a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for clients across all sectors of care.
- Offer advice and consultation to non-psychologist colleagues within and outside the organisation.
- Contribute to the development of a psychologically based framework of understanding and care.
- Undertake risk assessment and risk management for individual clients.
- Act as care coordinator, taking responsibility for initiating planning and review of care plans.
