As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will act as a reliable and efficient point of contact, welcoming customers to the department and organizing department bookings for service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Organize department bookings for service
* Prospect for Service Work to encourage customers of special offers
* Carry out customer follow-up calls to maintain good customer relationships and build customer loyalty
* Promote the service and parts facilities to encourage repeat Aftersales
* Coordinate with the Sales teams, Workshop, Parts and Service

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Ability to prove and demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Experience using a CRM system
* Professionally presented and possess a good work ethic
* Full valid driver's license
