About the Role:
  • As a Deputy Service Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Service Manager and overseeing the smooth running of the service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and managing staff rotas
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Encouraging independence and empowering residents to make their own choices
  • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for our residents
  • Implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Accompanying residents on outings and activities in the community
  • Delivering various levels of personal care, as required
About You:

We are looking for a caring and passionate individual with:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (willingness to work towards Level 3)
  • Proven experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment
  • A full driving license (essential due to location)
  • A genuine commitment to providing exceptional care and support
