We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Loyalty Consultant to join our team at FCM Travel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their travel requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings.

Requirements
