About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Unit Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our luxury nursing home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

As a member of our management team, you will work closely with our nurses and carers to provide a consistent service delivery that meets the needs of our residents. Your focus will be on making sure we have the best nursing and clinical care provisions for our residents, and you will actively contribute to clinical delivery.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting the home manager in overseeing the daily operations of the home
  • Working closely with our nurses and carers to provide a consistent service delivery
  • Ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support
  • Contributing to clinical delivery and ensuring that our nursing and clinical care provisions are of the highest standard
