The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Dental Nurse to take the next step in their career and join our team as a Practice Manager. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the general day-to-day running of the practice, including:

  • Managing rotas, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
  • Overseeing CQC compliance, payroll, recruitment, and appraisals, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Developing and implementing staff training programs, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Driving business growth by identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.
  • Supporting HR activities, including new employee onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and meeting and greeting candidates.
  • Providing general practice support, including patient management and leading by example to inspire and motivate the team.
