Job Title: SAP Solution Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our ERP Solutions Practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP product-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and NTT DATA sales, business development, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Lead and coordinate integrated workshops with customers to develop solution architectures.
- Deliver roadmap sessions to customers to ensure they understand the journey to leveraging value from their SAP solution platform.
- Identify technologies to employ and architect solution strategies that deliver customer and prospect outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership and participate in industry forums, conduct roadshows, seminars, and blog about SAP technology and solutions.
- Act as the design authority on projects and generate consulting revenue from such activities.
- Be a primary problem solver, focusing on reviewing and defining architectures, and providing quality assurance across multiple projects.
- Engage in self-directed and other learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments, and share expert knowledge to develop others.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of professional experience working within an SAP consulting environment.
- Proven experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery and experience of all elements of at least 8 full project lifecycles.
- Minimum of 3 successful, full lifecycle projects as solution architect with a wide scope of software integration solutions.
- Adept at leading multi-disciplinary teams, developing and maintaining strong business relationships, and managing delivery teams through complex SAP projects.
Personal Profile:
- Proven technical and solution expertise and experience across multiple relevant SAP software products, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules.
- Experience with SCM products such as EWM or TM, and familiarity with SAP Cloud solutions such as Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Strong interpersonal and soft skills, able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrates gravitas and personal integrity, and is able to overcome unforeseen situations and keep business objectives in mind.
