About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Application Solutions team as the Global Head of Application Solutions. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of business strategy, application development, and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Application Solutions strategy to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of application delivery experts to design, develop, and deploy business solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of application solutions with business operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective delivery of application solutions.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies and standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of application solutions.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in application development, delivery, and management.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, application development, and technology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
