We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Recruited UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, training providers, government agencies, and employers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption of our products and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly within the learning and development sectors
  • Strong leadership skills to drive growth and maximize revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous sales experience
  • Proficient in sales management software and willingness to adapt to our CRM
