Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Recruited UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, training providers, government agencies, and employers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption of our products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and goals
- Proven track record in sales, particularly within the learning and development sectors
- Strong leadership skills to drive growth and maximize revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 5 years of previous sales experience
- Proficient in sales management software and willingness to adapt to our CRM
- 22 days holiday + 3 days paid shutdown between Christmas & New Year + all public holidays
- Great basic salary plus commission
- Pension: 5% employee, 3% Employer contribution
