Job Title: CAMHS Community Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Worcestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home and in the community.

Job Summary:

This is a Band 6 position, requiring a qualified Mental Health Practitioner to work with children and young people in the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' health conditions.
  2. Develop and implement care plans to support patients' mental health needs.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest mental health advancements and best practices.
Requirements:
  1. Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  2. Proven experience in a community recovery role.
  3. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Working Hours and Contract:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing, with the flexibility to work from home and in the community.
