Job Title: CAMHS Community Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Worcestershire. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

  • Rate of pay: £24-26ph
A Day in the Life:

As a Mental Health Practitioner specializing in children and young people, you will play a vital role in delivering NHS community mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Participating in multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' health conditions.
  2. Formulating and implementing care plans.
  3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  4. Staying current with the latest mental health advancements and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  2. Proven experience within a community recovery role.
  3. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Working Hours and Contract Duration:

This position requires you to work from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. The contract is ongoing.
