Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to work closely with the sales team, supply planners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of operational plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and owning the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, balancing demand and supply plans with clear timings and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, balancing demand and supply plans with clear timings and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide strategic direction on promotional activities, timings, and distribution.
- Oversee logistics for finished goods, including movements and storage, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Report on fulfilment and OTIF (On Time In Full) scores, arranging root cause analysis when targets are not met.
Requirements
- Experience in production planning or S&OP within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential.
- Proficiency in handling and analysing data within inventory management systems, alongside strong Excel skills.
