Peer Recovery Trainer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Peer Recovery Trainer. As a key member of our REDS Recovery College, you will play a vital role in promoting, co-designing, and co-delivering courses focused on recovery and every day skills.
Key Responsibilities- Work with patients, carers, and staff to design and deliver training programs
- Build working relationships with patients, carers, and staff
- Share your personal recovery journey with peers
- Participate in ongoing support and training within the team
You will have had experience sharing your personal recovery journey with peers and possess good communication and people skills. You will be confident in speaking in front of groups and have the enthusiasm to inspire others to engage with our training programs. Experience in secure/forensic mental health services is preferred.
