We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at HC-One. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our care homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the cleaning schedule and ensure all areas of the care home are clean and tidy
- Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain a well-organized cleaning cupboard
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and respectful team environment
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, ideally in a care home setting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- A competitive hourly rate, subject to experience and qualifications
