About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cleanliness and Hygiene Specialist to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas of the care home are clean and hygienic at all times
  • Manage the cleaning rota and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our residents
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, ideally in a care setting
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
