About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced brand strategist to join our team at Dentsu Creative. As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will play a key role in helping us deliver bigger projects and win pitches for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing media-agnostic strategies for innovative creative ideas
  • Building relationships with marketing manager/director level clients
  • Partnering with Creative Teams to ensure they have everything they need to answer briefs
  • Representing brand strategy in cross-discipline teams within Dentsu
  • Developing more junior members of the strategy team
  • Helping to train client leadership in strategy
  • Contributing to agency and strategy team culture

Requirements

  • 4+ years brand planning experience, including running a piece of business, in a top brand/advertising agency
  • Track record of developing interesting creative work across a range of media
  • Proven experience of briefing and developing creative work with teams
  • Experience of building relationships with clients and writing presentations
  • Understanding of key marketing theories and ability to apply them to strategy work
  • Experience of developing a brand and being a brand guardian
