As a key member of our brand experience team, you'll be responsible for developing powerful ideas that set the direction for our clients' brands and provide the vision for our creative TTL and BTL solutions.

Your expertise will be essential in proposing campaign plans for a range of European markets and sectors, from FMCG to Finance, to emerging Tech. You'll be able to create big ideas as well as execute with an eye for detail.

Key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Creative Director and wider Design and Client Service teams on all client briefs, using your strong storytelling skills and endless curiosity to uncover unique insights and propose powerful propositions for campaigns and comms.

You'll be actively being the expert in what makes consumers tick, adept in preparing and hosting workshops and stakeholder interviews, and maintaining detailed awareness of market trends and marketing developments.

Additional responsibilities will include conducting extensive research, solving client brand challenges, leading in the strategic development of campaign, content and BTL marketing comms responses, and translating insights into clear and engaging briefs and propositions.

If you're an experienced, confident, and driven Senior Digital/Creative Strategist (or Strategist ready for a step up) with 5+ years in an integrated or digital agency role, who is ready for an opportunity to excel in making this role their own, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements include a love for brands, creative ideas, and integrated communications across all channels, experience leading clients strategically in the FMCG, Finance and B2B sectors, strong agency experience, excellent written and verbal communications and persuasion skills, brand and comms planning experience, and effective time management and project management of strategy deliverables.

Nice to haves include executed influencer campaigns, a solid grasp of paid and organic social media campaigns, and an appreciation of analytics and the ability to discover insights from data analysis.
