Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Specialist to enhance our vibrant service team in Hartlepool. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual capable of taking initiative and collaborating effectively with the existing team in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and addressing mechanical and electrical problems in vehicles.
- Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance while adhering to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
- Providing comprehensive and precise reports on vehicle conditions, work completed, and recommendations for additional repairs or maintenance.
- Working collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding service and meet customer expectations.
