Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Circle Group. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of IT and Digital Transformation projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress, using verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the availability and effective management of both in-house IT staff and external contractors.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and systems to evaluate success.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear, timely communication of project expectations to all parties.
  • Conduct risk management, proactively identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in IT project management to promote innovation and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A seasoned IT Project Manager with proven experience in successfully leading IT, Digital Transformation, Cloud, ERP, or Software projects in either an Agile or Waterfall environment.
  • Ideal experience in a Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or similar background.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, and PMP.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementations, system integrations, and a wide range of IT projects, including infrastructure, storage, third-party solutions, data/BI, and cybersecurity.
  • Large-scale program & project management experience - complex project experience.
  • C-suite-level stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and vendor management, including selecting and overseeing external contractors and suppliers, with strong financial acumen.

  • A competitive salary of around £60,000 - £65,000.
