Our client, a prominent player in the wholesale Beauty industry, is on a trajectory of significant growth over the next few years.

Who are we seeking?

We are in search of a skilled Procurement Assistant with experience in the Beauty or Gift sectors, or a strong background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Candidates with solid Merchandising experience looking to transition into a buying role are also encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and demonstrate enthusiasm and a commitment to career advancement.

A relevant degree and strong numerical skills are essential, as the role involves considerable stock forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of regular purchasing plans
  • Conducting summary analyses to inform purchasing decisions
  • Gathering and analyzing system data in Excel to assist the Trading Director with monthly product line forecasts
  • Bi-monthly forecasting to align forecasts with actual needs
  • Managing stock replenishment forecasts
  • Monitoring supplier pricing for top-selling items
  • Calculating profit margins
  • Collaborating with brand owners to establish delivery forecasts
  • Reviewing retail pricing strategies
