Senior Accountancy Manager

McGregor Recruitment is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our client's professional Accountancy Practice. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accountancy and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a client portfolio on an ongoing basis, developing strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality work.
- Lead a team of Client Managers and Accountants, reviewing personal tax computations, company structures, and annual returns.
- Complete compliance work, including preparation of accounts, tax computations, and company, partnership, and individual tax returns.
- Attend client meetings to discuss future strategies and tax planning issues.
- Liaise with financial institutions, ensuring quality of work and adherence to governing bodies' regulations.
- Manage various projects, including finance raising, business planning, and forecasting.
- Represent the business at external events and support the Directors in running the Accountancy practice.
