As a Support Coordinator at Flourish Support Services, you will be instrumental in enhancing the experiences of NDIS participants. Understanding the unique needs and goals of our clients is paramount. In this role, you will:
- Provide expert advice and assistance to participants, helping them navigate and optimize their NDIS plans.
- Serve as a liaison between service providers, health professionals, stakeholders, and government entities to ensure seamless communication and service integration.
- Compile detailed reports and assist in planning reviews to ensure strategies align with participant objectives.
- Oversee the effective management of NDIS budgets, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately to meet participant needs.
We have various positions available, including flexible and remote work options. We welcome applications for part-time, full-time, or contractor roles.

- An NDIS Worker Screening Check is essential or a willingness to acquire it.
