Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement catering strategies to meet the needs of our guests and drive revenue growth
  • Manage a team of catering staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Coordinate with our events team to deliver bespoke catering solutions for conferences, weddings, and other events
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability
