About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our dedicated team at Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support the new member onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new clients.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development of special projects and events, driving revenue, retention, and growth for the business.
