We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst to join our growing SPAR Pricing Team as a Category Pricing Analyst, working within our Proposition Department.

1. Pricing Tool Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and stability of data in our pricing tool.
2. Competitor Pricing Analysis: Use competitor pricing data to provide a clear and concise overview of our current position and customers' perception of price.
3. Sales and Margin Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of sales and margin performance, using credible insights and data to make recommendations and highlight opportunities and potential problem areas for the business.
4. Price Change Impact Analysis: Understand the impact of price changes on customer, performance, and wider business metrics.

1. Experience in Pricing: Ideal candidate will have experience in a similar pricing role with experience handling and interpreting complex data sets into actionable insights.
2. Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail business is required.
3. Technical Skills: Experience using Power BI is desirable, and advanced user of Excel is required.

1. Competitive Salary: c£25,000 - £30,000 p/a depending on experience.
