**Pricing Manager**
Pricing Manager - West Midlands or South Wales based

**Salary**: c£35k-£50k p/a (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits package.
**Location**: Based in either our Willenhall (West Midlands) depot or Talbot Green (South Wales) depot, with remote working 2/3 days per week.
**Contract**: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Pricing Manager within our Pricing and Promotions Department. We're after someone who is proactive, motivated, and passionate about their role, whilst offering excellent service and standards to our customers.

Job Purpose: To implement all pricing activity to deliver the Commercial pricing strategy.

**Key accountabilities**:

- To support the development of the Commercial Pricing Strategy
- To manage the review process for all Pricing with Commercial Team within Profimetrics system
- Become leading knowledge of pricing tools implemented within the business and utilise efficiently their optimisation capabilities
- Analysis of competitor pricing activity with production of a monthly summary of key updates
- To develop insightful market, customer, and consumer intelligence in relation to pricing and provide actionable recommendations that support strategic decision making and influences divisional sales and profit growth

**Key Requirements**:

- Commercial acumen - Previous experience of managing pricing team and price strategy
- Strong analysing and decision-making experience in pricing ideally in a FMCG business
- Confident communicator, able to make recommendations and challenge commercial decisions at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to deliver individual projects alongside team goals
- Project management (including stakeholder engagement and influencing)
- Working cross functionally and influencing at a high level across a business
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
