We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dedicated team at the Playhouse Theatre as Deputy Head of Stage. This prestigious venue currently hosts the Olivier Award-winning production of Cabaret, showcasing the diverse range of world-class theatre we offer.

Your Role:

  • Provide essential support to the Head of Stage and Technical & Building Manager in overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of the theatre.
  • Collaborate closely with visiting production teams, ensuring seamless transitions for set installations, rehearsals, performances, and dismantling.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the theatre's technical infrastructure, upholding the highest standards of service for all productions.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proven track record in stage management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of theatre technical requirements.
