Maintenance Manager – Trafford

Westmill is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Trafford. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations without compromising safety and quality
  • Provide continuous engineering support to operations and site teams 24/7

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in maintenance and engineering
  • Excellent IT skills and communication skills, both orally and written
  • Ability to manage the expectations of key stakeholders and possess a keen eye for detail
