The Role: Senior Town Planner

As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the urban landscape. You will be entrusted with managing projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to exciting developments in residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage planning projects across various sectors, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare comprehensive planning reports, submissions, and presentations for clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct thorough research, analysis, and site visits to inform planning strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planners.

Essential Criteria

  • RTPI accredited town planning degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Chartered Membership of the RTPI (or working towards it).
  • Exceptional report writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solution-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
