About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team at Burchell Edwards. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service
- Actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients
What We Offer:
