Branch Manager Opportunity
Burchell Edwards, a leading estate agency network in the East and West Midlands, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team.
About the Role:
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the operations of the branch, including managing staff, resources, and budgets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional customer care/service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hold a Full UK driving license.
