This newly created role will offer the successful candidate an exceptional chance to develop their career while working with a renowned organization known for its high-performance sales operations.

As the Head of Inside Sales, you will lead a large and dynamic team responsible for lead generation, business development, and quality appointment setting within B2B consultative sales. Your key objectives will include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective CRM and data-driven campaigns to drive new business sales.
  2. Leading and developing the inside sales management team to motivate and develop sales teams to exceed company growth targets.
  3. Creating sales coaching and training plans across all sales structures, from management development to induction programs.
  4. Continuously seeking to improve sales performance and drive optimum activity levels.
  5. Ensuring clear communication of company objectives, revenue sales targets, and performance to promote employee engagement and drive performance.
  6. Liaising closely with marketing, new business, and business development teams to plan business development programs and optimize lead conversion.
