Thriving Finance Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant to join our expanding finance team in the heart of London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, dealing with Purchase Ledger queries, and preparing payment runs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: processing supplier invoices, dealing with Purchase Ledger queries, preparation of payment runs
  • Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
  • Inputting of journals
  • Posting and coding of petty cash
  • General finance administration

What We Offer:

As a Junior Accounts Assistant, you will work in a friendly and sociable finance team with flexible working options. You will have access to a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home each week. Standard working hours are 9:30-17:30, Monday to Friday. Requirements:

We are looking for a recent college leaver or graduate who is enthusiastic and keen to learn, well-organised with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages (i.e. Excel, Word) and/or any accounting packages are advantageous but not essential.
