About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Project Manager to join our team at ENWL, responsible for managing the delivery of ground-breaking innovation projects that form part of our Network Innovation Allowance (NIA) and Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical aspects of project delivery, including technical specifications, requirements, and production of deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, external partners, and technical experts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the RIIO framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an HNC level qualification in a technical or STEM subject.
  • Experience working in the electricity industry, particularly in DSO transition.
  • Experience in the development and delivery of active network systems and IT systems supporting such systems.
  • Experience in the development or delivery of flexibility services, including technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of the RIIO regulatory framework and its application to innovation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present data and technical information.
  • Full UK driving license.
