The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our team at IGT. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our next-generation digital instant win gaming products.

You will work closely with our game producers, content managers, artists, animators, software engineers, audio designers, and game designers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality games.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
    • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance
    • Identify and mitigate project risks
    • Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to company standards
  • Process Improvement and Innovation
    • Continuously improve project management processes and procedures
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and implement changes to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the gaming or technology industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent project management skills, including Agile methodologies
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
