In this role, you will oversee and facilitate the complete transportation cycle for ocean freight, ensuring compliance with all regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather pricing and cargo release information from agents and shipping companies
  • Process customs clearance submissions
  • Ensure timely payment of any applicable fees
  • Handle all financial transactions and prepare necessary documentation
  • Coordinate the release and movement of incoming goods

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Ocean/Sea Export Freight is a must
  • Ability to negotiate terms and pricing effectively
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Cargowise
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Solid geographical knowledge
