About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Advisory Manager to join our team at Lord Accounting & Finance. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Partners/Directors and working directly with clients to conduct due diligence, financial analysis, risk assessments, and market research on a variety of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting financial analysis and risk assessments on transactions
  • Providing due diligence support to clients
  • Collaborating with clients to identify and mitigate risks
  • Developing and implementing financial models to support transaction decisions

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification with 1-2 years of transaction or deals advisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Previous leadership or people management experience
