Tax Advisory Manager

K3 Capital Group Ltd is a leading provider of tax advice to the mid-market transactions sector. Our tax advisory business, K3TA, was launched in 2021 as part of our professional services group.
Job Title: Tax ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our team, providing advice and support on a wide range of M&A and restructuring transactions. As a Tax Manager, you will work alongside Directors or Managing Directors, seeing projects through from initial advice to execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tax advice and support on M&A and restructuring transactions
- Work on multiple projects, undertaking tasks such as researching tax issues, drafting tax reports and transaction step plans, preparing clearance applications and financial models
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality tax advice and support
- Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least 2 years PQE
- Experience working within a tax advisory context
- Existing Manager or looking to take the step up to Manager level
